Excited for the St Leger!

An exciting Saturday ahead with it being the St Leger meeting at Doncaster.

I am riding Youth Spirit in the big one for Ahmad Al Shaikh, Green Team Racing and Andrew Balding. I am really looking forward to riding him and he holds a really solid form line from the Chester Vase. His only bad run came in the Derby but he has had a freshen up since then and he has been running great since. The St Leger trip of one mile six and a half furlongs is the question mark but I am really looking forward to riding him and although it looks like the favourite is going to be extremely hard to beat from the Grand Prix De Paris and Irish form, the extended trip is always a doubt and it only takes one horse to flop and the race can completely change.

All in all I am really excited about the weekend, fingers crossed we will have just as much luck as I did last year and we will be bringing home another St Leger winner!
