Travels

It’s already been a super busy start to the New Year with lots of travels already, with trips to Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, India and most recently Hollie and I landed in Hong Kong to ride for two days to fill the gap of the unfortunate guys that had a fall last week and are out injured for a while.

Thankfully, most of the trips have produced winners, with a treble in Bahrain, a winner in Qatar before the racing was postponed and Hong Kong on Sunday at Sha Tin too.

After riding on Wednesday night at happy Valley, I will be heading back to Bahrain for Friday to Ryde for his highness Shaikh ISA and then onto Saudi for Saturday. Whilst Hollie will head straight to Saudi for Friday’s international jockeys challenge!

Then it’s looking like a potential trip to Dubai for Super Saturday and then back onto Hong Kong again to partner Divano. I’ll probably then head home for a little while before planning my trip down to Australia where I’ll be joining back up with the William Haggas squad going down for an autumn carnival campaign.

Whilst that brings me back slightly late into the beginning of the turf season, it’s proved a decision extremely worthwhile over the last few years so it’s something that I always look forward to doing with so many group one opportunities down there.

Hopefully everything can go smooth and Horses travel well to their intended countries and we can bring home a few more winners in the next few weeks!
