Great to be back in Australia!

It’s great to be back in Australia! It is a trip that has been fantastic the past few years and one that I really look forward to! This is my 6th time coming now, so it is has become an annual thing!

It is great to be joining the William Haggas team again! This time we have Dubai Honour returning to try and reclaim his 2023 QE2 Crown, which is exciting! We also have Al Mubhir and Desert Hero for his Majesty and Marama who is now owned by Australian connections. All of the horses seem to have travelled well and settled in comfortably. I have ridden some of them, so I have got a good feel from them. Of course, the travel is tough but they have reacted well!

I have got two Saturdays riding here, and then heading to Dubai for the Dubai World Cup to ride Maljoom and Deira Mile, before heading back to Australia to finish the final weekend, Queen Elizabeth weekend before heading home. Getting stuck straight back in and all systems go in Newmarket, hopefully it can be another big and fruitful season and one I am extremely looking forward to!
